1、如今，全国“携号转网”的时间正式敲定，将在11月底前实施 。由于携号转网过程中需要大量的系统改造工作，投资成本高，另外还有大量的影响用户感知的问题需要解决，所以，2019年底，“携号转网”才可以正式在全国推广。
2、根据要求，2019年中小企业宽带平均资费继续降低15%，移动网络流量平均资费继续降低20%以上，全国实行“携号转网”。
